60-Min Nutrition Consultation
Your opportunity to ask questions about your nutrition-related concerns. Athletes often have questions about nutrition timing, hydration, supplements, protein intake, how to recover faster & reduce the risk of injury, or daily nutrition. Consultations are available in-person, by phone, or virtual.
Custom Meal Plan
A custom meal plan is for daily nutrition. Optimizing your daily fueling will help you get the most out of your training & race nutrition planning. We meet for 90 minutes and discuss a direct framework for macro planning around your daily routine & training schedule. Consultations are available in-person, by phone, or virtual.
Race Nutrition Plan
Individualized race nutrition strategy to fuel & hydrate you across the finish line and recover faster. Your plan will be tailored to your preferred foods & fueling products and individual sweat & electrolyte loss. Includes pre-, during, and recovery nutrition for all disciplines and distances. This should be practiced at least 4-6 weeks before your race. Consultations are available in-person, by phone, or virtual.
