Athletes training for the same event require different nutrition plans. Race course nutrition, individual tolerance, preferred fluids and food, and experience affect training nutrition.

A comprehensive package for the endurance athlete Athletes who book the 12-Week Podium Package get access to baseline testing, a custom meal plan, race nutrition plan and ongoing support. What you get in the 12-Week Podium Package:

  • Baseline Testing:
    • Sweat Sodium Testing (in-person clients only) — A one-time test that tells you how much salt you lose per liter of sweat. Used to individualize your Race Nutrition Plan.
