Concierge Nutrition Coaching

One roster, kept small enough for Jena Brown, RD, CSSD, to review every application herself.

Victorem's coaching is not a program you sign up for online. It is a concierge relationship: you apply, Jena Brown, RD, CSSD, reviews your application personally, and if it is a fit, you get on her calendar for a discovery call over telehealth.

Who this is for, and who it isn't

Victorem's coaching roster is built for the athlete deep in real life: still training seriously while carrying a career, a family, and one (or many) races on the calendar. You've already put in the work. What's missing is a fueling and recovery strategy that matches the athlete you are now, built around your labs, your history, and your actual life, not the one you had at 25.

This isn't a fit for everyone. If you just want macros and a meal plan—and nothing more—or a quick answer with no follow-up, we're not your people. You'll get the macros and the meal plan; you'll also get the reasons behind them. And if you're not ready to look at root causes, this won't land because Victorem coaching goes underneath the macros, into labs, hormones, gut health, and recovery. That depth only works with a client willing to go there too.

But if you're ready to stop guessing and finally understand what your body is telling you, you're exactly who this is for.

How it works

The FUEL Method, delivered one to one

Read how the FUEL Method works — the four stages behind every plan.

01

Apply and talk with Jena

You apply, Jena Brown, RD, CSSD, reviews it personally, and if it is a fit, a discovery call goes on her calendar over telehealth.

02

Deep-dive onboarding

A 90-minute call unpacking your full history, your training load, and labs where they are indicated, so your plan starts from your actual data instead of a template.

03

Ongoing concierge coaching

Monthly 60-minute consultations, check-ins between sessions, lab reviews where applicable, and a custom race-day nutrition plan as your training cycle moves.

The differentiator

Where most coaching stops, Victorem looks underneath

Most sports nutrition coaching stops at macros, gels, and sports drinks. When the case calls for it, Victorem looks underneath: blood work, GI-MAP stool testing, urine and saliva hormone panels, HTMA hair analysis, and genetic testing. These are not a separate product. They are folded into the coaching engagement whenever the data behind your fueling and your fatigue needs a closer look.

A roster kept small on purpose

Victorem takes a limited coaching roster so Jena can go deep with every athlete on it. Every application is reviewed personally by Jena Brown, RD, CSSD, every plan carries her review, and every athlete gets the kind of attention a full roster does not allow.

Coaching is not billed through insurance. HSA and FSA funds are accepted.
